Certification Requirements
- Attendance at 90% of live sessions
- 75 hours of live in-person classes
- These include all three Modules as described here
- Missed sessions must be made up via contacting student support

- Peer Coaching
- 20 hours of coaching a fellow student
- Time can be divided as a coach/client or observer if in a triad
- 20 hours of coaching a fellow student
- Independent Study
- 5 hours for reading a book from the suggested readings
- You can substitute for another book related to coaching with approval from the Director of Training
- A one or two page written report about the practicality of the book's offerings
- Alternatively, a short 15 minute oral presentation of the benefits of the book will be allowed
- Only 5 students per class can use this option

- Mentor Coaching
- Seven hours of Group Mentor coaching
- These sessions will take place via tele/web conferencing
- Three hours of individual mentor coaching
- These sessions must take place over a three month period and must conclude by three months after the last session
- Seven hours of Group Mentor coaching
- Submission of all forms
- Post-session Recaps for all live sessions
- These forms consist of 4 simple questions
- What did you learn that confirms your previously held beliefs?
- What did you learn that was an epiphany to you?
- What did you learn that needs further clarification?
- What did you learn that you disagree with?

- Peer coaching forms
- Forms need to include names of coach, client and observer, if relevant, time and duration of the session, and optionally take-a-ways- of the session.
- Mentor Coaching Forms
- Date, time, name of mentor and what was learned from the session must be included for all mentoring sessions: group and individual.
- Post-session Recaps for all live sessions
- Performance Evaluation
- A full clear recording of a coaching session must be submitted. This will act as your final exam.
